Description
Random drawing of ~Solar-Sensei's awesome Monsuno, Cecile. 
I love her design so much and she's such a blast to draw! 
This took quite awhile. Especially because of the shading. It was pretty tough, but I like how it looks. The glows still kinda irk me. I keep thinking they're too intense. But oh well. I still had fun with this
